Pastor John T. Anderson

 

I received a hope in Christ at an early age – I don’t remember a time when I did not have the expectation of one day seeing my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Many times in my life I have felt His presence and have seen the deliverance which was brought about by our loving Savior.

 

Growing up in western Nebraska, I was baptized in a small country church there.  I have fond memories of the loving care given to me by my pastor through the years. I married my high school sweetheart who has stood by my side for over forty years.  Karen and I have raised six children, a multitude of foster children, and we are the grandparents of fourteen grandchildren.

 

We served churches in Iowa and the Kansas City area before moving to mid-Missouri to be with New Liberty Primitive Baptist Church in 1993.  New Liberty is a praying congregation with warm hearts and a deep love for Jesus Christ.  We welcome visitors and encourage any who have a desire to come and worship with us.
